愛去酒店尋歡作樂的男性不在少數，酒店內部從上到下的經營招數，自有一套不為人知的SOP，讓上門光臨的男客變身「火山孝子」，甘願把白花花的鈔票拿出來奉獻。這些極為機密的「剝皮SOP」，如今透過八大行業的業者大公開，讓人聞之驚訝！酒店小姐們對付客人的手段不僅花招百出，還得聯合酒店經紀、幹部，甚至是自己的閨蜜好友，才得以上演一場「剝皮」大戲，十分費工。
究竟哪一種男客人最容易被當成目標呢？業者對此透露，容易上鉤的男性具有三大特質！一是他心中別有目的，也就是想要和小姐發生性關係；二是他肯花錢、不小氣；三是有錢但身份並非道上兄弟，最好是有老婆、女友的男人。因為這樣的人，在被騙之後寧願大事化小，不願鬧大，也因此特別容易被當成目標。
至於剝皮SOP有哪些呢？以短期來講，分為「仙人跳」與「殺豬」兩種招式。仙人跳是小姐被帶出場後，先和客人發生性關係，接著便謊稱遭到性侵，進而要求和解金；至於殺豬，則是被帶出場後在兩人發生性交之前，由經紀突然闖入房間中，自稱是小姐的男友，並向男客要求和解金。
長期剝皮的手法則更為縝密。一開始先由酒店幹部或經紀扮演黑臉的角色，不斷在男客面前斥責痛罵小姐，此時國內外旅遊小姐要假裝心情低落，甚至難過痛哭，才能引發男客的同情、保護心態。
小姐漸漸和男客熟稔後，便要開始展開「制約」手段。小姐先選定一個固定時間，連續約兩周打電話給男客噓寒問暖，或是甜言蜜語，兩周後卻突然消失不再打電話，此時通常男客會感好奇，便會主動關心。小姐這時需謊稱自己電話費沒錢繳，試探男客是否願意幫忙付錢，若願意，再來便是以生日或是過節為理由，向客人索討一至兩萬元的禮物，再接著以弟妹念大學、家人出車禍等更大的理由，向客人騙取數萬元不等。
